FULL PROGRAM – YOUR 8:00 AM TO 4:30 PM FULL DAY

8:00 AM – Pickup From Your Hotel (Everywhere in Zanzibar)
I pick you with private car – Paje, Jambiani, Nungwi, Kendwa, Stone Town – anywhere. Early start = no traffic, cool weather, monkeys are awake.

We drive to Jozani first – it’s in middle, good logic.

9:00 AM – 10:30 AM – JOZANI FOREST – RED COLOBUS MONKEYS

We enter Jozani Chwaka Bay National Park – only national park in Zanzibar.

• Red Colobus Monkeys: Only found in Zanzibar! 6000 left. They come so close – 1 meter! No fear. They jump over your head. They have big belly because they eat only leaves. So friendly, so funny.
• I take best photos for you – monkey selfie! My secret spots.
• Mangrove Boardwalk: Walk on long wooden bridge over swamp – magical, quiet, crabs, birds. Best for Instagram.
• Ranger + me explain how we protect forest.

We stay 1.5 hours – enough, not too much walking (2km flat, easy).

10:30 AM – 11:00 AM – Drive to Spice Farm – Village Views
Short drive 20 min through villages. You see kids going to school, spice trees from car.

11:00 AM – 12:30 PM – SPICE FARM – Smell & Taste Zanzibar

Welcome at my family farm in Kizimbani – flower crown for you!

• Spice Walk: Touch, smell, taste – Cloves (Zanzibar is world #1!), Vanilla (most expensive spice!), Cinnamon from bark, Cardamom, Nutmeg, Black pepper, Lipstick tree, Iodine tree – 30+ spices!
• Fruit Feast: My mama brings huge tray – 15 fresh fruits! Jackfruit, pineapple, durian, starfruit, 6 types of banana, coconut, sugar cane juice pressed in front of you – eat all you can! Stomach must be empty!
• Coconut Show: My uncle climbs coconut tree in 20 seconds, no shoes! Then shows how to make coconut oil.
• Spice shopping: Take home real spices $2/pack – helps family.

This is not tourist farm with 100 people – this is my grandma’s farm, small, real, quiet.

12:30 PM – 1:00 PM – Drive to Stone Town – Lunch Break
We drive to Stone Town. On the way, I show you best local lunch – Lukmaan Restaurant – Zanzibar mix platter $5 – fish, rice, samosa, juice. Or you want seafood? I know best.

1:30 PM – 4:00 PM – STONE TOWN WALKING TOUR – History That Makes You Cry

Now we walk slowly, pole pole, in Stone Town – UNESCO World Heritage.

I show you not what Google shows – my stories:

• Former Slave Market & Cathedral: The darkest place – where 50,000 slaves sold yearly. You see tiny underground rooms where 75 people locked together. You will feel it. I tell story of my great-grandfather.
• Sultans Palace & House of Wonders: Where sultans lived with 100 wives!
• Freddie Mercury House: Yes, Queen singer was born here in Zanzibar! I show his house, play “Bohemian Rhapsody”!
• Forodhani Gardens & Old Fort: Old Arab fort 1698, still standing.

• Hidden Doors: Zanzibar doors tell story – Indian, Arab, Swahili – I show you how to read a door!

Walking is 2 hours, flat, easy. Many stops for water, photos, stories.

4:00 PM – 4:30 PM – End at Forodhani – Sunset & Shopping
We finish at Forodhani seafront – best place for sunset and souvenir shopping. I help you bargain – no cheating. Or I drop you back to your hotel.
