This is going around the town and sees historical monuments like house of wonder, slave market, tip tip house, visiting fruit and fish market, exploring narrow streets of the town with its Middle East architecture and huge Arab carved doors with a guide who knows a better history of the town. Visiting souvenir shops etc.

A visit of a country side to walk in the spice farms, to see and test different spices which are famous and normally used in our house kitchens, to learn how they grow and what they contribute to our health, most of them used as spices and as medicines as well. Also testing some of our seasonal tropical fruits and get to know these fruit trees.

This is a full day tour starting as early as 08h00 am, leading to the east coast of the island, stopping at JOZANI FOREST, one of the few forest conserved by the Zanzibar Government, here is the home of the famous red colobus monkeys, a rare spices of the monkeys to be seen in very few places of the world including Zanzibar. Also to be seen here are different spices of trees, some of them used as local medical herbs which can cure different tropical diseases.

Mangrove swamps can be seen here which breeding houses of variety of fish spices are. After may be 1 or 2 hrs here, you will proceed to one of the sandy beaches in east coast, famous for its fine soft sands and cool Indian Ocean breezes, where you can relax, swim, snorkel, sunbath or cruise by a boat guided by an experienced local captain. You can have your own lunch there at a local descent restaurant famous for its seafood menu or any other menu recommended. You can spend sometime after lunch until late afternoon when you decide to drive back to the hotel.

Beach facilities are the same but with different tourist attractions, in North for example you can visit slave caves, these are hidden caves where the Arabs used to hide slaves even after the ban of slave trade in 1873,you can also visit Mkokotoni, one of the small ports of Zanzibar, linking Zanzibar with Pemba island and Tanga northern part of Tanzania.

At the right time here, you can meet fishermen just from the sea, with their big catch of the day. Proceeding further north, you will visit NUNGWI local port and visit the dhow yard where most of the Zanzibar dhows are built. There is also an aquarium nearby to view fresh water turtles and fish alike. Then lunch at a recommended restaurant and beach. You can view sunset here, as you are on the western side of the island before driving back to the hotel. This tour also starts early in the morning not later than 0800AM
